Every factory is equipped with laboratory testing systems from leading European manufacturers. Fibre is tested for moisture, foreign-fibre content, length and composition. Yarn is evaluated for evenness, hairiness and breaking strength. Knitted and woven materials are checked for UV and wear resistance, defects and irregularities, while density and dimensions are also analysed. James Heal equipment is used to control product quality.
The final quality-control stage takes place before each product is placed into individual packaging. The contents and product labelling are also checked for accuracy and consistency.
Our tests are reliable and performed to a high standard. All laboratory procedures are carried out exclusively in accordance with established international standards.
